My Gratitude

Yo people, blogging b4 departing for Malaysia. Pretty bored now and very much in a daze but just couldn't sleep. Yea, this specially for you guys out there who have been helping me through my holidays; if u call it a holiday that is =]

First, i wanna list out the stuff that I've been doing
-PBL
-Mendaki
-Elementz
-Homwork
-Studying with Shahid
- And err... studying at home?

Tada !!! lol... pretty exciting right? Actually the exciting part comes at the later end of the holidays. Ya know what the saying goes about struggling first... cuz i dun ><

Yea pretty much studying and more studying (atleast 6 hours a day). I think those studying has compensate all the slacking that i've done for the past years and maybe for those in the future. Completing Sec 3 math to catch up with R.I. and reducing the gap between NUSH. Yea, but the main purpose is to keep that high level of thinking (which too, in the process, increases my knowledge) for the NUS High test. And oh... completed "O" lvl physic and almost did for chemistry - dun bother about biology, won't help you in thinking

Ok now for the thanks part (lol?). Yea, this people kept me sane (not being retarded) in the holidays and focusing on my goal ^^. Yea so just read up. Sorry for those whom i left out (which i'm pretty sure i won't) cuz i'm pretty in a daze now *yawn*

Shahid - Yo man... you've been there since primary and still there now. Thx for all ur support and sessions. Been really a good friend you have (yoda?). Sorry for all the burden i've caused you but i'll assure u it will not put into waste. Gonna have so much fun again man when we're back together in the same school (inshaallah).Thx for being a big "bro" and friend =]And lastly, I WANNA MY CUBE BACK T.T lol...You rock, just keep rockin on and ur company is appreciated

Dini - Yea man, you rock... Its been awhile (about 1 year 6 months and 18 days to be exact) since i've a friend to really talk to. Thx for all ur supportive words cuz its those little things that matters. And yea, really sorry for all my babblings and dronings, its just that its been awhile since i have somebody to talk to. And i still own you in Guitar Deluxe !! So yea, thx for being a "sis". You rock, just keep rockin on and ur company is appreciated

YMC-ers - Yea, even though u guys nvr spoke to me that much, the influence i've been getting really helps me. Those words in ur blog just shows the problems u guys have in ur life but is still strong esp nurul. It tells me that I should no longer lament about my life instead do sth to make it better ^^. Rock on guys

Tse pin - Yo dude... thx for sharing some of those knowledge and accompanying me in my goal. Hehe, we've uncover some great maths during our sessions so yea. Rock on !!

Radiohead & Coldplay - Thx for having those great song. really helps ^^

Last but certainly not the least my family. I'm given an extra dollar for every consecutive 2 hours of studying. My bro has always been there helping me through my work and has given me a lot of support love ya bro. So really appreciate it man. And oh yea, he has been working as a Scientist(3k salary o.0) in National park which is nation-wide known - maybe more on that the next post

Sorry about the english in this post guys. pretty sleepy so its pretty difficult to correct it or bother using good words. I'll be back on the 20th so dun miss me that much. You can, but not that much... But still u can ^^

I'll be studying there to maximize my time and hopefully rejuvenate. The hotel there (pan pacific) is an ideal place for studying bcuz of its serenity (like shahid's; damn it, i'm jealous of ur house)

YMC ROCKS !

Well... after months of not blogging i am back with a higher morale. All thanks to the YMC members ^^. As you guys know of the sucky learning and social condition in Yishun Town, YMC is exactly opposite of what my school is. Been having a blast since last year even though everytime i come into the workshop friendless. With such a mature and socialise club, friends,at the end of the day, are made without fail.

Its been awhile since i'm influence, in a good way, by those around me and now this club has , hopefully, changed me for the better. If you were to relate to my previous posts, it just show how badly I'm influenced in the dreaded school. This bunch of students are really the best ones i've ever met and collaborated with and will explain why is the upcoming paragraph. (sounds too formal ><)

Their friendliness are such to an extend that making friends is a very simple thing to do. So to you guys who say R.I. student are very unsocial, there you go (they aren't).
Moving on... projects and assignment done in my school usually have the problem of not completing rather than not being done properly. For YMC case, doing a large and nation wide project ( the launch) is possible with the most 5 meetings. The efficiency amaze me and felt that i'm lagging behind because of the lack of contribution.

The level of discipline is high and even though there's a lot of chit-chatting and playing, the job that is suppose to be done at the end of the day will be accomplish. Its just those characteristics that makes a different between my school and YMC. What's more is they don't make a fuss out of petty things and there wasn't any animosity in the air.

There are more matters about YMC i want to share but i got to go soon. I'll now share today's experience - the meeting in Dini's house.

I was thunderstruck when Danish told me that he and Idris couldn't make it cuz their commander needed their attendance for the day. I was then the only boy -_-''
Well they, expectedly, came (it was weird to rush back to school in home clothe and sutff). Indeed i was gullible to fall for the prank but as usual, I take jokes and pranks unlike some people.

Do not know the girls that well so we did not communicate a lot. After eating (was making some jokes about the food [no offense]), we began discussing about the decoration and designs. Tried to participate but they have more experience in doing the stuff so my comments were stupid because of my lack of experience.

Like usual, I do cubing during my free time and try not to reveal it that much as people might think of me showing off my skills. Trying to keep a low profile, i did some cubing until Nurul approached me. She then observed me cubing and attracted more attention. This was what i was trying to avoid. Then there was a dilemma, if i was to continue cubing, it might give a message to others that i love showing off which I really hate. But then, if i were to stop, it might tell those who are willing to know me through cubing (err??) that i'm not willing to share or sth along that line. I then heavy heartedly continue cubing and was asked to demonstrate solving 4x4x4 cube.

I felt like a moronic idiot (not that i'm not but first impression lasts) who's trying to show off. Wanted to stop once the 4x4x4 cube was completed but parity error keeps popping up. zzzzz. When i completed it, complements were thrown at me but i didn't know how to react! I mean, normally to my friends, I'll say thank you in a joking way but if i do the same to those who have yet to know me, it'll looks like i'm hard headed...

So i just smiled. Traumatized by the experience, I told them that i'm leaving and some said bye to me. I gave a small wave(still traumatized) and Dini said bye once more and i replied with an awkward bye (traumatized)... So there, my first impression to the team (for some anyway) is ruined?? *sigh* i hope i can make this up since they are the best people ever.

I hope more friends and closer ones will be made soon. Closer friends to be made there than those in YTSS ( no offence). Looking forward in the next meeting ^^
